We resurfaced a large two-story deck with premium materials, enhancing its appearance and durability. A dry deck system was installed to ensure the lower level remains rainproof, making it usable in all weather conditions. This system effectively channels water away, keeping the space beneath dry. The project also included installing sturdy railings and a secure staircase, improving safety and accessibility. The result is a beautiful, functional outdoor space that can be enjoyed year-round, regardless of the weather.

This expansive patio, spanning nearly 2,500 square feet, is elegantly constructed with sleek porcelain tiles, offering a modern and luxurious outdoor space. A dedicated bar area, featuring prefinished wood paneling on both the walls and ceiling, adds a touch of rustic sophistication. Underneath the deck, recessed lighting and a ceiling fan create a comfortable and well-lit environment for evening gatherings.

A beautifully crafted flagstone walking path, bordered by smooth river rocks, leads from the existing deck and patio to the hot tub, creating a charming and functional transition. Landscape lighting along the path illuminates the way, adding both safety and a touch of enchantment during the evening hours. At the hot tub, movable stairs have been installed for easy access and flexibility. Additionally, string lights have been strung up on the patio, enhancing the ambiance with a warm, inviting glow.
